Cinematic Bridal and Groom Portraits in Bangalore and Mangalore
Your wedding day moves fast, but these portraits pause the moment. Whether it is the quiet anticipation of getting ready or a dramatic cinematic pose, I focus on capturing the real you.
A collage dedicated to the bride, Deeksha. It combines a full-length portrait with close-up shots of her intricate jewelry, henna-adorned hands, and radiant smile, showcasing every beautiful detail.
A portrait session with the groom in his traditional red sherwani. The top image captures his confident pose in a natural setting, while the bottom close-up focuses on the details of his ring and cuffs.
Getting ready shots of the groom. I used a mirror to create interesting compositions, capturing his reflection as he adjusts his traditional red and gold attire, building anticipation for the ceremony.
A detail-oriented shot focusing on the groom's look. This image highlights the texture of his white sherwani, his watch, and bracelet, capturing the small but significant elements of his wedding day style.
This is a cinematic bridal portrait film. I use slow-motion, soft focus, and elegant tracking shots to create a dreamy and graceful sequence that makes the bride look like the star of her own movie.
A groom's getting-ready film. This video uses smooth transitions and dramatic lighting to create a stylish and masculine portrait, showing the groom as he prepares for the main event.
About Cinematic Bridal & Groom Portraits
I usually carve out 15 to 20 minutes before the main events for these portraits. It is the one time you get to breathe and just be together, so the photos feel like an honest reflection of your personality rather than a staged, artificial session.
I treat these portrait sessions as a cinematic break from the noise of the wedding. When the venue gets busy, we find a quiet corner or a secluded corridor to focus just on you. My approach is not about rigid, artificial posing. I look for the way you naturally hold your hands, the expression when you are thinking about the ceremony ahead, or the way your attire falls when you walk.
For bridal portraits, I prioritize the small details that make the look your own. I want to capture the intricate work on your jewelry, the henna patterns, and the texture of your bridal outfit, but more importantly, I want to capture your confidence. I use soft, diffused lighting to create that elegant, glowing look you see in cinema.
For grooms, I lean into a sharper, more defined aesthetic. We play with shadows and reflections to bring out the fabric and detail of your sherwani or suit. Whether it is a mirror reflection while you are getting ready or a structured shot against a backdrop, the goal is to make you feel like the lead character in your own film.
I shoot with 4K cameras and often use a gimbal for those slow, elegant tracking shots that make the film feel timeless. If you have a specific location in mind, let me know, and we can plan the lighting around it to get the best result. It is all about making sure you have beautiful memories that feel true to who you are. ✨
