Our Philosophy: Building Champions, One Swing at a Time
We believe tennis is about the daily hustle, not just the outcome. Whether you are in Agra or Delhi, our community focuses on fundamental technique, mental focus, and the consistent work required to get better.
As Arthur Ashe said, "Success is a journey, not a destination." This montage captures the daily hustle at our academy. From young kids to dedicated adults, the real victory is in the effort you put in every single day. Keep dreaming, keep building.
A throwback to some great training sessions in Agra. We offer customized summer camps for all ages and skill levels. It's a great opportunity to accelerate your learning and have fun on the court. Join us and let's get started on your tennis journey.
About Our Vision and Community
You will notice our training is grounded in the daily hustle. We prioritize high-volume manual feeding over just playing matches, as this is how you build true muscle memory. Whether you are refining your backhand or mastering the split step, our goal is to ensure your technique is solid and precise before we focus on winning points.
At the School of Tennis, we live by a simple mantra: 'Racket hamesha aage rahega' (Always keep your racket in front). We don't believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a junior joining our development program or an adult looking to improve your game, our sessions are structured to break down every shot into manageable parts.
Our Training Approach
We combine physical drills with mental conditioning. Tennis is played between the ears, and our coaching ensures you stay focused even when the pressure is on. We utilize:
- High-Volume Feeding: Around 200-300 hits per session to build muscle memory.
- Biomechanics: Video analysis in our 1-on-1 sessions to fix your form.
- Integrated Fitness: Agility ladders, sprints, and skipping ropes to ensure you are as fit as you are skilled.
Our Community
We operate across distinct environments, from clay courts in Agra to hard courts in the Delhi NCR region and the hills of Kasauli. This variety helps our students adapt to different surfaces and playing conditions. We are building a community where everyone, from U-10 kids to competitive adults, supports each other's progress. As Arthur Ashe famously said, start where you are, use what you have. We are here to help you do exactly that.
