Here are my simple, go-to tips for maintaining healthy hair and encouraging growth. Following a consistent routine with the right techniques, like using a microfiber towel and massaging your scalp, can make a huge impact.

This is my weekly champi ritual. I apply oil directly to the scalp, not the hair, and massage gently to improve scalp health without weighing hair down. I always follow up with a gentle shampoo and conditioner.

I always recommend using a leave-on hair serum on damp hair after every wash. It helps detangle, protects from pollution and heat damage, prevents breakage, and adds a natural shine to your hair.

During winter, my hair gets dry and my scalp becomes flaky due to seborrheic dermatitis. In this video, I share my winter routine, which includes an anti-dandruff hair mask and a protein conditioner to keep my hair healthy and scalp clear.
