About Our Little Krishna

I handle all the tricky bits for you. The outfits, the peacock feathers, and even the tiny pots are already at the studio, so you do not need to hunt for props. I usually recommend these sessions for babies who can sit up comfortably, as it makes posing with the flute and butter pot much easier and more natural for them.

Capturing your baby dressed as Krishna or Radha is one of my favorite festive traditions. It is not just about the photos; it is about those little smiles when they hold a flute for the first time or curiously poke at a decorated matki.

What goes into the setup? My studio setup is fully prepped to handle the divine mischief of a little Kanha. I provide the complete look: traditional dhoti-kurta or lehenga sets, handcrafted jewelry, peacock feathers, and those iconic pots filled with soft, white cotton butter. You really just need to bring your baby and some patience.

Tips for a smooth session:

  • Timing: Book when your baby is well-rested and fed. A happy baby makes the best Krishna.
  • Age: While I photograph newborns, this theme works best for sitters (6 months+) and toddlers. They interact better with the props and are less likely to be fussy with the headgear.
  • Comfort: These sessions are indoors at my Paschim Vihar studio, so your baby stays comfortable regardless of the weather outside.

If you want to capture this festive phase, let us chat. We can keep it purely traditional or add a little modern twist depending on your baby's personality.

Hi, I am Simran. As a mom to my daughter, Rehmat, I know how fast these little ones change. I created this specific Krishna setup because I love seeing babies discover their inner Kanha. It is purely about capturing those innocent, festive smiles in a safe, fun space.
