Choosing an intercom system is less about the brand and more about the installation quality. Whether you need a standard 8 line setup or a larger 24 extension network for a factory or multi floor office, the key is how the wiring is managed.
I primarily work with reliable brands like Beetel and CCL, which offer consistent performance for daily internal communication. My installation process is straightforward: I mount the main exchange unit in a secure, accessible location, then run the cabling to each desk with PVC casing to protect the wires.
Here is what I focus on during the setup:
- Clean Routing: I avoid creating trip hazards or eyesores by carefully running cables through existing conduits or along baseboards.
- Terminal Testing: Every desk phone is tested for dial tone and extension to extension transfer before I finish.
- Future Proofing: If you plan on expanding, I ensure the main unit has enough port capacity so you do not have to replace the whole system later.
My goal is to give you a system that works from day one without needing constant repairs. If your office already has existing wiring, I can often reuse those lines to save you time and cost, provided they are in good condition. We can discuss your office layout to determine the best placement for the main unit and the number of extensions you actually need.
