About this collection
Before laying artificial grass, I always check your floor levels for proper drainage so water does not pool in corners during the monsoon. I use professional-grade seam tape and perimeter pinning to make sure the turf stays flat and secure, which is essential to prevent wind lifting on open rooftops.
How I Approach Your Space
A makeover is not just about rolling out grass. I look at the traffic, the sunlight, and how you plan to use the area. If you want a space for morning tea, I suggest a mix of artificial grass and WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) tiles. WPC tiles are great for high-traffic areas because they do not rot like real wood and are easy to clean.
The Installation Process
- Surface Prep: Whether it is concrete, tile, or stone, I clean and level the floor first. If the floor is uneven, the turf will not lay flat.
- Drainage: I ensure the material does not block drain outlets. On rooftops, this is critical to avoid waterlogging.
- Securing: I use heavy-duty anchors for vertical walls and perimeter pins for grass so nothing shifts.
Material Choices
I stock different pile heights for grass, ranging from 25mm for balconies to 45mm for premium rooftop lawns. For vertical walls, I can do simple boxwood mats or 3D tropical designs with faux ferns and floral accents. Everything is UV-resistant, so it keeps its color even in direct Delhi sunlight. If you have an idea for a seating area or a small cafe-style setup, I can work around your existing furniture or build partitions to create privacy.
Pricing Reality
My pricing is calculated per square foot. This includes the materials, the installation labor, and the necessary hardware like glue, pins, or framing. There are no hidden costs for basic prep work, but if I need to build a custom frame for a complex wall or perform significant floor leveling, I will tell you the extra cost before I start. I work everywhere across Delhi NCR.
