Our Signature Thalis
Our thalis are the heart of Singju. Each one is a carefully composed meal representing a specific region of the Northeast, from the robust flavors of Nagaland to the subtle complexities of Manipur and the earthy tastes of Assam. Every thali includes rice, daal, a main curry, two types of vegetable preparations, and our signature chutneys, all served on traditional Kansa plates.
The Singju Ambiance
I designed Singju to be a cozy and welcoming space that reflects the culture of my home. The restaurant features two levels of seating, including traditional low tables, and is decorated with artifacts, textiles, and photographs from the Northeast. It’s a place where you can relax and immerse yourself in a complete cultural and culinary experience.

The secret to our food lies in the authenticity of our ingredients. We go to great lengths to source key items, like smoked pork and king chilies, directly from the Northeast. This commitment ensures that every dish you eat has the true, unadulterated taste of home.
