About Decadent Chocolate Grazing Tables
These tables are built on-site to look like a landscape, using edible soil made of cake crumbs and chocolate. Because we use professional chocolate fountains, I always ensure one of my team members is stationed there throughout the event to manage the flow and keep the brownie stacks replenished, so the setup stays fresh from the first guest to the last.
Designing Your Edible Landscape
When I set up a grazing table, I approach it like an art installation. My goal is to move away from standard buffet lines and create something that invites guests to interact. I use a 'Rustic Chic' aesthetic for these spreads, utilizing wooden sleepers, slate platters, and varied heights to create visual depth.
What Goes Into the Setup
Every table is a curated mix of texture and flavor. The foundation is my signature edible 'soil'—a rich chocolate crumb layer that serves as the base for the entire display. I stack dense fudge brownie cubes and chocolate-chip cookies to build height, then layer in confectionery like marshmallows, caramel popcorn, and seasonal fruits to add color and contrast.
The Fountain Experience

- Heat & Location: If you are planning an outdoor event in Bengaluru, we need to be mindful of ambient temperature. I always recommend placing these tables in a shaded or indoor area to prevent the chocolate and fresh elements from melting too quickly.
- Staffing: Every grazing table booking includes a uniformed attendant. Their job isn't just to replenish the brownie stacks and clear away stray crumbs—they manage the fountain flow and ensure the table looks as full and inviting at the end of the party as it did at the start.
