About Continental & Fusion Cuisine
When planning a live station, space and electricity are the two biggest constraints clients overlook. We need about a 12 to 16 ft display area for our Asian or pizza setups and reliable access to power points for our induction woks and ovens. If you are hosting at a venue with limited setup space, please let us know early so we can adjust our counter configuration to keep everything running smoothly.

- Modern Fusion: We bridge the gap between street food and gourmet dining. Our Mexican station serves tacos and loaded nachos with fresh salsa, warm cheese sauce, and jalapenos, providing a savoury option that pairs well with traditional Indian menus.
- Pan-Asian Wok: For something different, our Asian station includes live wok-tossed noodles and dim sum. We use bamboo steamers and authentic condiments to maintain the integrity of these dishes.
