About On The Road: Cars, Trains & Adventures
You don't need a massive crew to get that cinematic scale. For these road trip stories, I mix ground-level shots with DJI drone footage to make the location feel huge. Whether it is tracking a vehicle on a mountain pass or getting that top-down shot of a winding road, my focus is always on making the motion look fluid and the story feel alive.
Travel is all about the vibe of the place. When I shoot, I am not just hitting record; I am looking for the silence in a temple or the chaotic energy of a highway. My gear bag usually has my Sony ZV-E1 and a drone, but the magic happens in the edit. I focus on beat-sync editing to match the pacing of the journey, whether it is the slow, meditative roll of a toy train or the fast-paced rush of a bike convoy.
I handle the planning, the shoot, and the edit. If you have a specific destination in mind, I can help plan the shot list around the Golden Hour to get that perfect light. My approach is hybrid. I use my Thar to reach locations that are off the map, then use drones to show you the landscape that you would not see otherwise.
If you are planning a brand project, a travel documentary, or just want to capture the feeling of your own journey, let us talk. I keep the process simple: you tell me the story, and I make sure it hits the screen the way it felt in person.
