This was the starting point for a residential garden project. The lawn was patchy and uneven, in need of a complete overhaul to become a usable family space.
The first step is to prepare the foundation. I removed the old, unhealthy grass and tilled the soil, getting it ready for a fresh layer of nutrient-rich topsoil.
Here, my team member is carefully leveling the new soil. This ensures there are no bumps or low spots, which is essential for proper drainage and a perfectly flat lawn.

This project involved fixing several patchy areas in a client's garden. I measured the dimensions, prepared the soil, and laid new grass to restore the entire space.
The first watering is the most important. Immediately after laying the new turf, I make sure it gets a thorough soaking to help the roots begin to take hold in the new soil.

Before we lay down a single roll of grass, we fix the ground. We remove the dead patches and degraded soil, level the area to ensure proper drainage, and add a fresh, nutrient-rich base. This foundation work is why our lawns do not just look green for a week, but actually thrive long-term.
Laying grass is more than just placing rolls on dirt. Whether you choose hardy Bermuda grass for high-traffic areas, soft Mexican grass for that carpet feel, or Selection No. 1, the secret is in the soil preparation.
We start with a site inspection to check your soil type and sunlight. If the soil is hard or compacted, we perform aeration to let the roots breathe. We then remove any existing weeds or dead turf and level the surface so you never have water logging or muddy patches.
We bring in organic compost and topsoil, creating the right environment for roots to establish quickly. Once the turf is installed, we tamp it down to remove air pockets and give it a heavy initial watering.
We don't just leave you with a green lawn. We provide specific guidance on watering schedules and care tips for the first two weeks so the grass roots firmly into your garden. Whether it is a small residential patch or a larger commercial project, we handle the entire process from clearing the site to the final trim.
