About First Birthday Milestones
I’ll be the first to tell you that a one-year-old does not follow a script, and that is exactly where the best photos happen. During our two to three-hour studio sessions in Andheri West, I focus on capturing real, candid interactions rather than forcing uncomfortable poses, so bring your patience and let's just let them play while I catch those spontaneous smiles.
Your Child, Their Personality
Your baby’s first birthday is a huge deal, but let's be honest—it’s also a bit of a marathon. My sessions are built around the idea that the best photos aren't staged; they happen when everyone is comfortable. Whether your little one is shy, super active, or just loves to explore, I adapt my approach to fit their mood on the day.
Studio vs. Home: Choosing Your Vibe
- Studio Sessions: Located in Stanford Plaza, Andheri West, these are ideal for controlled lighting and access to my collection of gowns and props. We use 2-3 setups, blending classic solid backgrounds with boho-chic aesthetics using pampas grass and soft natural light.
- Lifestyle Home or Outdoor: If you prefer the comfort of your own home or a favourite park in Mumbai, I come to you. We move away from the studio gear to focus on your family's authentic rhythm. These sessions are perfect for capturing unposed, candid moments as you interact naturally.
Practical Details for Parents
- Outfits: For studio shoots, I have a collection of dresses and drapes for moms. For dads and toddlers, I recommend earthy tones or pastels to keep the focus on you, not the clothes.
- Timeline: You will receive your edited, high-resolution images via Google Drive within 2-3 weeks. I also provide all raw files on the spot, so please bring a formatted USB or hard drive if you want those copies immediately.
- Add-ons: If you want a professional look, I can arrange makeup services for your shoot for an additional fee.
