Transparency is key. Here is how my team and I work together to make sure your bridal look stays perfect from the first ritual to the final photo.

Teamwork makes the dream work. Here I am with my hair and draping team, discussing the plan and then executing a flawless green and red Paithani bridal look together.

The sacred moments of a wedding ceremony, or 'lagin ghai'. This video shows the bride during the rituals, with her makeup and styling looking perfect and staying in place.

A complete behind-the-scenes look at a bridal transformation. This video shows the entire process, from skin prep and makeup application to my personal touch in draping the Nauvari saree.

About this collection

You might wonder how we balance complex makeup and draping without the chaos. It comes down to synchronization. When you see my team and me working in the gallery, you are seeing a planned process. I handle the Nauvari pleats and the base makeup personally because these need a steady hand, while my team handles the hair styling, ensuring everything stays in sync for your big day.

My work is about more than just putting on makeup. It is about the structure, the timing, and the technique. Whether it is a traditional Maharashtrian wedding or a modern reception, I follow a strict process to make sure you look great and feel comfortable.

The Process Behind the Look

When we are at your venue, I start with a focused skin preparation. Because I work with a lot of dusky skin tones, I use HD bases that do not turn ashy under harsh lights. My goal is to enhance your natural glow, not cover it up with heavy layers.

Why I Handle Draping Personally

The Nauvari (9-yard) saree is the heart of the Marathmola look. I do not trust this to anyone else. I use a heavy-duty safety pin technique to make sure your pleats stay secure during the Saptapadi and dancing. You should never feel like you have to be careful with your saree. It should be built to last.

Teamwork

I don't work alone. I bring a trusted associate stylist who handles the hair. While I am focusing on the saree folds and your makeup, they are working on your bun or waves. We coordinate the timing so you are ready on schedule, not stressed out by a dozen people hovering around you.

My Advice

If you are planning your wedding, always ask your artist if they are comfortable with your specific outfit type. Whether it is a 6-yard or 9-yard saree, ensure they have a plan for securing the drape. For me, art is devotion, and I treat your wedding day with the same respect I treat my Ganpati idols.
