Creative Interior Photography and Detailed Compositions in Mumbai
Capturing the little details that bring a room to life. From fabric textures to light play, I use creative compositions like diptychs to tell your design story. 📸✨
This artistic diptych highlights the unique details of modern furniture design. I juxtaposed the sleek wooden TV console with the playful, bold blue spheres on the cabinet legs, creating a visually interesting composition that draws attention to the craftsmanship.
A split-image view of a living room that tells two stories at once. One side shows the comfortable pink sofa and coffee table, while the other focuses on the elegant wooden armoire, demonstrating how I use diptychs to capture the complete essence of a room's design.
This diptych contrasts the tranquil bedroom setting, with its soft bedding and botanical wallpaper, against a close-up of colorful, textured pillows on a nearby sofa. This technique allows me to showcase multiple design stories and color palettes within one image.
A detailed shot focusing entirely on the form and texture of contemporary pendant lights. By framing them against a simple wall, I emphasize their sculptural quality, a key skill in product and detail photography for interior projects.
This is a simple, clean composition of a reading nook. My focus here was on the interplay of textures: the woven fabric of the yellow chair, the graphic pattern on the ottoman, and the smooth wood of the side table, all brought together with soft, natural light.
In this commercial detail shot, I used a diptych to connect the coffee-making station with the comfortable guest seating. This composition helps potential customers visualize the entire experience, from ordering to relaxing.
This composition uses a split view to highlight the color and form of the lounge furniture. The vibrant yellow pillows pop against the cool teal sofa, showing my ability to create visually appealing color contrasts in my photography.
This image uses a creative overlay to combine a wide shot of a living room with text, similar to a magazine feature. It showcases the bar cabinet and overall room ambiance while adding a layer of editorial style to my portfolio.
A triptych composition used to capture the grandeur of a large commercial lobby. This format allows the viewer's eye to travel from a close-up of the seating, across the main waiting area, and down the long, elegant corridor.
About Creative Compositions & Details
I don't just shoot wide angles, I focus on the pairings that tell the full story of your space. By using diptychs and triptychs, I highlight how different design elements, like a custom cabinet’s joinery or the way light hits a textured pillow, connect to the broader room. This approach gives architects and designers a narrative set of images, which is perfect for social media storytelling when you need more than just one static shot to capture the vibe.
When shooting for firms like Studio El Sol or Architect Reza Kabul, I realized that a beautiful space is often defined by its components. Whether it is the curve of a chair or the grain in a piece of woodwork, these details matter. My process involves analyzing the space first, identifying the key design features, and then setting up shots that emphasize them.
I use natural light for a bright, modern look but blend it with artificial lighting to get that clean, magazine-style finish. Every project includes perspective correction and color grading to ensure those architectural lines remain straight and true. For my full-day projects, I also include BTS video reels, so you get both the polished result and the process. I am based in Mumbai and available for site visits across the city. Let’s talk about how we can highlight your latest project.
