This is what I call precision. My student performs a perfect bottle kick, knocking the target clean off her partner's head. This stunt requires focus, control, and complete trust, skills we build every day in our action choreography training.
Strength is not just about lifting weights. Here, I demonstrate raw power by pulling two motorcycles with my bare hands. This is the kind of power stunt training that builds true, functional strength for real-world challenges.
The nunchaku is an extension of the body. Watch my student demonstrate a fluid and powerful nunchuck sequence. We teach traditional weapon forms and freestyle action for both performance and self-defense.
A warrior's body must be flexible and strong. This student shows perfect control in a full front split. Our acrobatics and flexibility training pushes your limits to build a foundation for advanced kicks and stunts.
Boards don't hit back, but opponents do. Here, my students practice a dynamic fight choreography sequence, including a flying kick takedown. We train for real movement and practical road fight scenarios.
