A selection of my favorite works, showcasing custom portraits, narrative storytelling, and the precision I bring to every bridal look.
I specialize in creating incredibly detailed and lifelike portraits of the bride and groom. This personalized touch makes your bridal mehendi a true keepsake of your love story.
This is a full bridal mehendi that tells a complete story, extending from the palms to the elbows. It features multiple wedding scenes, including the varmala ceremony and the bride's doli procession, woven together with intricate patterns.
The joy of a wedding day, perfectly complemented by intricate henna. My designs are created to look stunning not just up close, but also as part of your complete bridal look in your wedding photos.
Your mehendi can tell the story of your journey. This unique design features the skylines of Bangalore and Dubai, representing special places in the couple's relationship. I am happy to travel for destination weddings.
My work often features timeless traditional motifs. This design showcases majestic peacocks and elephants, symbols of grace and royalty, blended with classic Indian architectural patterns.
A glimpse into the process and the result. The top image shows the steady hand and precision required for portrait work, while the bottom shows the bride enjoying her beautifully completed mehendi design.
A full bridal mehendi includes beautiful artistry on the feet as well. This collage shows the detailed work on the bride's arm and a glimpse of the complementary design on her feet.
About this collection
Getting the right stain depth is as important as the design itself. I use a home-mixed Rajasthani henna paste with Nilgiri and lavender oils to ensure a deep maroon color, while my application for full bridal work takes up to 8 hours of focused precision to include the portraits and storytelling elements you see here.
When you look at these photos, you are seeing more than just henna application. You are seeing a narrative. My goal is to move beyond generic motifs and create a piece of art that reflects your personal journey.
The Storytelling Process
I specialize in integrating specific elements into your design. This could be a lifelike portrait of you and your partner, a skyline from a city that holds memories for you, or scenes from your wedding ceremonies like the varmala or doli. During our consultation, we discuss these details so the final design feels personal.
Why the 8-Hour Session
High-density bridal mehendi that extends to the elbows or mid-biceps requires patience. My signature bridal service is a commitment of 7 to 9 hours. This ensures that every line, whether it is fine jaali work or a complex figure, is executed with mirror-image symmetry. I prioritize quality over speed, which is why I typically dedicate the entire day to one bride.
Material and Aftercare
Safety and stain quality are non-negotiable. I only use 100% organic Rajasthani henna powder, which I mix at home with high-grade essential oils like lavender and Nilgiri. This combination prevents chemical reactions and guarantees the deep maroon stain that looks best in wedding photography. After application, I apply a lemon-sugar sealant to lock the design in place, and I provide clear aftercare instructions to ensure the color develops fully for your big day.
Logistics and Travel
Whether you are hosting your wedding in Bengaluru or planning a destination wedding elsewhere in India, I travel to your venue. For destination events, please reach out to discuss travel arrangements during the initial booking inquiry.
