I use a unique method of 3D shading for portraits, which is why my storytelling designs often take between 7 to 9 hours to complete. This ensures every figure—whether it's parents, pets, or partners—looks distinct and lifelike against the dense floral patterns.
My work is a mix of traditional techniques and modern storytelling. When you see these featured designs, you are looking at what I call Bharwa style—a dense, intricate application that covers hands and feet completely, leaving very little skin showing.
For brides who want their love story on their hands, I move beyond standard motifs. We integrate elements that define your relationship, such as proposal locations, wedding hashtags, or realistic portraits of family members.
The secret to the deep maroon color you see in these photos is my homemade, 100% organic henna paste mixed with essential oils. I avoid all chemicals to ensure it is safe and rich in color. Because of the detail required for these complex pieces, the application usually lasts between 5 to 9 hours, depending on the complexity of your custom request.
