Professional Mehendi Classes & Artistry
My students are my pride. From the very first cone to mastering complex bridal figures, here is a glimpse of the art we create together in my Kamothe studio.
This portrait of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj shows the level of detail and artistry I teach in my advanced portrait classes. Mastering this skill can truly set you apart as a professional mehendi artist.
I am so proud of my student from Shirdon, Panvel. She shares how she went from not even knowing how to hold a cone to creating this full bridal hand with confidence after taking my basic to bridal course.
It is an amazing feeling to see a student this happy and proud of her work. After just 50 days in my class, she created this beautiful figurative mehendi design, something she never thought was possible.
In my classes, you will learn to create intricate figures like this beautiful Ganesha. This video shows the step-by-step process of drawing and filling the design on paper, a key practice technique we use.
This is our family photo from the graduation ceremony for my January and April 2025 batches. It is such a joy to see so many talented artists ready to start their own mehendi journey.
I believe in giving personal attention to every student. Here, I am guiding a student through her first application on a hand, helping her with the finishing touches.
In this video, I explain what you can expect from my professional mehendi course while demonstrating a bridal foot mehendi design. You will learn everything from basic Arabic to advanced portrait mehendi.
Listen to one of my students share her detailed feedback. She talks about the importance of getting the henna paste right, which is a foundational skill I focus on to ensure great finishing in your work.
About Featured
Before you draw a single line, we spend days just on coneology, which means mixing your own henna paste, ensuring the perfect consistency, and rolling your own needle-point cones. If you cannot mix a smooth, clog-free paste, you cannot achieve the clean, thin lines that make bridal mehendi stand out. My classes in Kamothe focus on this foundation first because without it, even the best design will lack that professional finishing touch.
Whether you are a beginner picking up a cone for the first time or an artist looking to master bridal portraits, my course is about building your own kingdom. In our 60-day intensive, we strip away the intimidation. You do not just learn patterns; you learn the why behind the pressure, the flow, and the composition.
The Learning Process
- Days 1-25 (Foundation): We nail the basics—making henna cones, controlling line thickness, and getting your hand movement fluid. You will practice drills until your strokes are second nature.
- Days 26-60 (Advanced): We move to full bridal sets, complex figure work (bride and groom, deities like Ganpati, Radha-Krishna), and storytelling mehendi.
Why Kamothe?
My studio in Sector 17 is not just a classroom; it is a space for artists. We keep batches small so I can personally correct your stroke angles and shading. I treat my students like family, which means I push you to be mehanati (hard-working). When I see you struggle with a portrait, I do not just fix it, I show you how to layer the lines to get that 3D depth.
Real Results
I do not believe in magic fast-tracking. I believe in practice. You will be drawing on paper, acrylic boards, and eventually real hands under my supervision. By the end, you will not just be holding a certificate; you will have a portfolio of work you created from scratch.
