Handcrafted Micromosaic Pendants & Necklaces

Micromosaic is a slow, meditative process. I hand-set each tiny Italian glass tesserae to build a detailed narrative—whether it’s a spiritual icon or a bird in flight. Framing these in textured 18k gold with ethically sourced accents like Zambian emeralds or Mozambique rubies gives them a weighted, substantial feel that mass-produced jewellery simply cannot replicate.

I design these pendants and necklaces to act as talismans. When I sit at my workbench in Mumbai, I am not just assembling gold and stones. I am pulling from memories of treks, the quiet of forests, or spiritual moments that define my personal growth.

The Artistic Process

The heart of every piece here is the micromosaic panel. This technique requires intense focus and patience. I use tiny glass pieces to paint a picture, layer by layer. Once the panel is complete, it is set into an 18k gold frame. I often incorporate:

• Spiritual Symbols: Lord Ganesha pendants or pieces with Sanskrit shlokas engraved on the reverse side.
• Nature Motifs: Birds, hummingbirds, and floral arrangements like peonies or roses.
• Ethical Gems: I use responsibly mined stones from Gemfields, ensuring that the rubies and emeralds I use are as ethical as they are beautiful.

Since I work by appointment, every piece can be tailored.
