When I am in the kitchen, it is just me and my mixer, ensuring that every brownie, cupcake, and custom cake is 100% eggless and made fresh. I do not mass-produce, which means when you order from me, you get my undivided attention and a product that is truly made to order.
Baking is more than a business for me; it is my 'ishq' (passion). This behind-the-scenes look is where I share the reality of running a home bakery—from late-night recipe testing to the excitement of pop-up stalls across Bengaluru.
