This is the first set of visuals a user sees. It’s curated to showcase the breadth of my practice: strength, flexibility, flow, and the philosophy behind it all. The goal is to inspire potential students and give them a clear, compelling reason to explore my offerings further.
My Yoga Philosophy & Journey
My practice is about more than just physical postures. It's a journey of self-discovery, honesty, and showing up even on wobbly days. Here, I share my progress and the mindset that guides me, reminding you that growth is a process, not a destination.
Inversions: Finding Balance Upside Down
We will break down inversions like Headstand (Sirsasana), Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana), and Handstand progressions step by step. I focus on building core strength, proper alignment, and the confidence to go upside down safely, even learning how to fall.
Arm Balances: Strength & Control
Discover the foundations of balancing on your hands with poses like Crow (Bakasana) and its variations. I provide detailed alignment tips focusing on drishti (gaze), core engagement, and finger placement to help you build stability and float with confidence.
Dynamic Vinyasa Transitions
This is where breath leads movement. Explore creative and challenging sequences that link poses together in a fluid dance. We focus on building the core strength and awareness needed for smooth, controlled transitions between asanas.
Deep Backbends: Opening the Heart & Spine
Learn to approach backbends with intelligence and openness, focusing on creating space in the front body to protect the spine. We'll work on poses like Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana), Camel (Ustrasana), and King Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) to build both strength and flexibility.
Flexibility & Hip Opening
Unlock tightness in the hips and hamstrings with targeted flows and deep stretches. This cluster focuses on foundational flexibility work, including progressions for splits (Hanumanasana) and other hip-opening postures that are key for advanced practice.
Drills & Prop Work: Building Your Practice
Advanced poses are built on a strong foundation. This collection features the specific drills and prop-assisted exercises I use to build strength, improve alignment, and gain confidence for inversions, arm balances, and transitions.
Yoga by the Water
There is a special kind of peace that comes from practicing by the water. These are moments of flow and stillness from the Maldives and other beautiful locations, where the rhythm of the waves sets the pace for the breath.
Additional Poses & Flows
A collection of other poses, transitions, and flows from my personal practice. This is a space for playful exploration, works in progress, and the simple joy of moving the body in new and creative ways.
