Student Robotics Competition Wins & Awards
From WSRO Nationals to the FIRST Tech Challenge, our students are building bots that win. Here is a look at the innovative projects and the teams taking home top honors.
We are incredibly proud to announce the winners from the WSRO 2023 National and International Championships. Our students secured top positions and Judge's Choice awards in categories like Line Follower, Robo Race, and Young Scientist.
We are incredibly proud of Team EKAM for winning the Motivate Award at the prestigious FIRST Tech Challenge. Their achievement as ambassadors for the program showcases the teamwork, professionalism, and passion we instill in our students.
About Celebrating Our Young Innovators
Winning at competitions like WSRO isn't just about the hardware; it’s about the weeks of iterative testing and code debugging behind it. When our students enter the arena, they aren't just showing off a machine, they are demonstrating how they managed to troubleshoot a sensor failure or optimize a gear ratio under a strict timer. We focus on 'Gracious Professionalism,' teaching them that the best robot is only as good as the team behind it.
We believe that competition is the fastest way to learn engineering. It forces students to move beyond theory and get their hands dirty with real-world constraints. Whether it is preparing for the World STEM & Robotics Olympiad (WSRO) or the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), our training methodology remains consistent: iterate, test, and adapt.
Our Approach to Competition Training
- Beyond the Build: We don't just focus on the trophy. We guide students through strategy sessions, scouting reports, and technical documentation, the same processes used by real-world engineering firms.
- WSRO Preparation: Our students have secured top spots in categories like Line Follower and Young Scientist. We provide the specialized kits and the technical mentorship needed to hit those high scores.
- FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC): This is where teamwork shines. We encourage students to build more than just a bot; we help them develop a brand, document their engineering process, and engage with the community, which is exactly how Team EKAM earned the Motivate Award.
Where We Train
We operate out of Mumbai, but our training philosophy is built to scale. From school-based labs to our dedicated innovation centers, we give students access to the same grade of Arduino boards, sensors, and 3D printing equipment they will encounter on the competition floor.
Why It Matters
Success at these events builds a portfolio. When a student can walk into an interview or a college application process with a national win in their pocket, they have proof of their ability to solve complex problems. If you are looking to get your child competition-ready, start by understanding their current technical interest, whether it is coding, mechanics, or system design.
Science Kidz
We are a team that loves seeing that 'aha!' moment when a kid's code finally compiles or their bot maneuvers perfectly. We don't just teach robotics; we mentor students to take their projects from our lab to the main stage at national competitions.
