Winning has become a habit at SCA, but it starts long before the final match. Whether it's our U-12 team lifting the Dream 11 Vengsarkar Cricket Cup or our U-19 boys clinching the CNPL title, our success is built on the same foundation: strong basics and mental toughness.

Building Champions Across Age Groups

We don't just focus on the elite level. Our development pathway starts young, ensuring that by the time a player reaches the U-19 level, they have already faced high-pressure situations countless times in practice.

• U-12 Foundation: At this stage, we focus on stance, grip, and the joy of competing. Our recent victory in the Arth & SG Sports Trophy showed that even at this age, our boys play with a level of focus that is rare.
• U-14 & U-16 Development: This is where we shift to match-winning scenarios. Our MCC Talent Search wins were achieved because we teach our boys to be smart cricketers, not just talented ones. Players like Harsh Kadam and Nikhil Gurav are proof that consistent, disciplined training pays off in selection trials.
• U-19 Competitive: At the U-19 level, it's about executing under fire. Our CNPL U-19 victory was a team effort where openers like Aarush Patankar and bowlers like Agasthya Bangera proved that they could dominate in tournament conditions.
