Getting into the Dakla season with this high-energy Garba performance. I created a vibrant and smudge-proof makeup look that could withstand all the dancing and movement.

Creating these looks is not just about the makeup. For my Padmavati or Radha sets, I personally coordinate the jewellery, floral settings, and even the posing to get that cinematic feel. I love the process of transformation. When I work on festive looks—be it for Janmashtami, Karva Chauth, or a creative photo shoot—I focus on the small details that make a character come alive. For my Radha-Krishna inspired shoots, it is all about the delicate face art and fresh flower jewellery that adds a touch of divinity to the photos. For royal historical recreations like Rani Padmavati, we pay close attention to heavy jewellery placement, the iconic unibrow, and traditional fabric draping to match the history.
Because these shoots often require long hours, I use techniques that I also teach in my diploma courses. This includes sweat-proof, smudge-proof bases that stay perfect while you are dancing for Garba or standing under studio lights for hours. My goal is to make sure your makeup doesn't just look good in the camera, but feels comfortable too.
