In 2022, I was deeply honored to receive the Best Makeup Artist in India award from the renowned actress Bhagyashree. It was a massive moment in my journey. While I cherish that recognition, my daily joy comes from the look on a client's face after a successful makeover or the relief in a bride's eyes when her makeup holds up perfectly through a long, humid day.
Whether I am creating a traditional Maharashtrian look for a wedding or teaching a student how to handle high-definition airbrush tools, my goal is always the same: to give my hundred percent. I do not believe in keeping trade secrets to myself. I teach everything from waterproofing to complex hairstyling because I want the next generation of makeup artists in Palghar and Mumbai to feel confident saying 'mazyane honar' (I can do it).
