About Advanced Hairstyling Techniques
My teaching process is purely hands-on, meaning you will not just watch; you will do. Whether we are practicing a complex Mermaid Braid or the delicate placement of fresh flowers (fulanchi veni), I guide you through the sectioning and structuring phase until you can handle any hair texture with confidence. You will leave with the muscle memory for 25+ styles, including traditional buns and modern Russian updos, ensuring you are ready for any client.
Hairstyling is an art form that requires patience, technique, and a lot of practice. In my classes, we move beyond basic tutorials. I teach you how to create the structure for heavy bridal buns, how to tease hair for volume, and how to use professional accessories to elevate a simple look into something stunning.
We cover a broad spectrum of styles to ensure you are market-ready:
- Traditional Roots: You will learn the classic Peshwai Khopa and various bridal braids that are essential for the Maharashtrian wedding market.
- Modern Trends: I train you on modern Russian updos and voluminous, textured buns that are popular for reception and cocktail parties.
- Creative Freedom: We explore fantasy looks, such as the Rapunzel hairstyle, which teaches you how to manage extra-long extensions, padding, and heavy floral arrangements.
Every student learns how to make their own fresh flower hair nets (fulanchi veni) and how to place them for a neat, long-lasting finish. We also dedicate time to lighting and photography basics so you can showcase your work for your portfolio. Whether you are a total beginner or a practicing artist looking to update your skills, my Palghar studio provides a supportive, family-like environment where questions are always welcome and mistakes are just part of the learning journey. My goal is for you to walk out of the 60-day course with the same jidd (determination) as my most successful students.
