About Youth Football Academy
We don't just put kids on a pitch; every session at our academy balances technical drills with actual match play. Your child gets hands-on guidance for specific moves, like chest control or shooting technique, which are then tested in real-time during our regular Sunday league matches at the Ghitorni arena.
At Sar Sportz, we have built a pathway for young players aged 7 to 17 to go from grassroots basics to competitive play. Our training methodology is simple: build character first, then the skills follow.
Our Training Approach
We divide our training into age-appropriate groups to ensure every player gets the right level of attention.
- Fundamentals: For our U-7 and U-9 groups, the focus is on ball familiarity, basic coordination, and enjoying the game.
- Technical Development: As players move to the U-11 and U-13 brackets, we introduce tactical awareness, passing accuracy, and defensive positioning.
- Competitive Readiness: For our older teenagers, the training shifts toward match strategies and high-intensity conditioning.
The Pride Cup Advantage

This league gives our academy students a platform to apply what they learn during practice in a real, competitive environment. Whether you are training at our SAR Arena in Ghitorni or our facility in Sector 64, Gurgaon, you get access to well-maintained turf surfaces, floodlights for evening sessions, and proper changing areas. We keep the groups small so that our coaches can correct technique in real-time, ensuring that every session is a step toward becoming a better player.
