At Sar Sportz, I get to see this magic up close, whether it's kids chasing their dreams or office teams finding their groove outside work.

For Young Game Changers

• I run the 'Pride Cup' series, which is all about grassroots sports tournaments for kids as young as 6 up to 15.
• Focus is on development, not just trophies. Scouts often drop by, and families turn up to cheer.
• League format competitions give everyone more playtime, not just knockout stress.
• Sometimes we take the show to cool places - the Goa Edition is a mix of football and beach masti (fun).

Office Teams, This One’s for You

• My corporate leagues are high-energy 6-a-side matches (with rolling subs).
• Every team gets at least 2 matches, so no one sits out early.
• Big rewards: Gold and Silver Cups, plus best player/keeper awards.

More Than Just Football

• I’ve managed tennis showdowns for juniors too, with quirky formats like target hitting for the little ones.
• Happy to experiment with different sports if you’ve got a crew ready.
