About Private & One-on-One Classes
Unlike my larger group workshops, these one-on-one sessions are tailored entirely to your learning speed. We spend time troubleshooting specific fabrics, like slippery chiffon or stiff organza, and focus on the exact draping or pleating styles you need for your career or upcoming wedding.
Your Custom Curriculum
When you book a private session, you aren't just watching a demo. You are getting a training program built for your goals. We start by assessing your current skill level and identifying the specific gaps in your technique. If you struggle with hip pleats on your specific body type, we fix that first. If you are preparing for a wedding, we focus on advanced bridal styles that are both beautiful and comfortable to wear for long hours.
Hands-On Guidance
I provide direct, hands-on guidance using both mannequins and live models, ensuring you develop the muscle memory required to drape professionally. You get to practice the 'Fluffy Pleats' technique until you are confident, and we use real-time correction to make sure every fold is perfect.
Business & Technique Training
We also cover the practical business side of things. If you are starting a pre-pleating service from home, I will show you which steam irons work best, how to box-fold silk sarees for transport, and how to price your services competitively. These sessions are held at my studio in Nagarbhavi or other locations across Bangalore, and we schedule them around your availability, not a fixed calendar. By the time we finish, you will have a clear, actionable plan—whether it is for your personal use or to launch your own saree styling brand.
