Zero-Footprint Architecture: The Bylakuppe Project
This gallery documents our work on a zero-footprint administrative office for the Tibetan community in Bylakuppe, Karnataka. We used mud bricks made from the site's own soil and employed low-carbon techniques like the filler slab system to create a building that is both culturally resonant and ecologically sound.
Mountain Retreats: A Homestay in Uttarakhand
We designed this boutique homestay in the Kumaon Hills to be an ethereal extension that embraces its serene environment. The project features a meditation pavilion with a butterfly roof and uses extensive woodwork and glass to dissolve the boundary between the interior and the breathtaking mountain views.

We believe that true sustainability includes preserving the architectural treasures of the past. This collection showcases our meticulous restoration of a century-old building, where we revived original materials like Burma teak and mosaic floors while adapting the edifice for modern use.

This project in Nagpur features a 10,000 sq ft office and warehouse that prioritizes natural light, open-plan layouts, and efficient circulation for both people and machinery.

We design by working with the land, not imposing on it. This collection illustrates our approach to landscape and site integration, from designing around old-growth trees to creating 'Devrai' or sacred forests that manage water and foster biodiversity.
