A happy client proudly displaying her intricate bridal mehndi, applied right here in my studio. This is the level of quality and detail you will learn to produce with my hands-on instruction.
I work closely with every student, guiding their hand and correcting techniques in real time. This personalized approach ensures you build a strong foundation and develop good habits from the very beginning.
A friendly and focused learning environment is what I offer. Here, a student is practicing her line work under my supervision, which is a crucial part of the beginner's course.
Concentration and proper technique are key. This image captures a moment of detailed application during a class, where I teach the precise pressure and movement needed for clean, consistent henna art.
About Hands-On Classes at My Kandivali Studio
You won’t find any theory-only teaching here. Every class involves me sitting right next to you, watching your cone grip, and correcting your lines in real-time. Whether you are a beginner learning to draw a basic line or an artist working on bridal portraits, I show you the exact pressure and flow I use for my own client work so you can start working professionally immediately.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe mehndi is a skill that is caught, not just taught. That is why I limit my class sizes and hold all sessions in my personal studio in Charkop, Kandivali West. You get to see exactly how I handle the cone, mix the henna, and manage client expectations.
The Courses
- Foundation Course: Designed for those who have never held a cone. We spend 15 days focusing on cone mechanics, paste ratios, and standard Arabic or floral patterns. You leave with a starter kit and the confidence to handle basic guest mehndi.
- Professional Bridal Course: This is a 6-week program for those serious about entering the wedding industry. We cover full-arm layouts, traditional Dulha-Dulhan figures, and doli scenes. I also teach you the speed techniques I use when my team handles hundreds of guests at large events.
- Master Advanced Portrait Certification: For artists who want to specialize. You will learn to replicate reference photos, shading, and 3D depth to create realistic portraits of couples or deities.
