Core Fitness and Conditioning for Athletes
Athletic excellence starts with a solid foundation. Whether you are hitting the badminton court or lacing up your skates, our structured conditioning builds the strength and agility you need to perform.

Students engage in stretching and warm-up exercises before their main sports training begins. We emphasize proper preparation to ensure peak performance and safety.
About Core Fitness & Conditioning
You won’t jump straight into game play here. Every session mandates a dedicated pre-sport conditioning block featuring core work, ladder drills, and agility training. We build the physical resilience first so your joints handle the impact of high-intensity badminton or skating sessions, keeping you on the court and injury-free.
Why Conditioning Matters
Sports performance is not just about technique or having the right racket. It is about how your body absorbs impact, generates power, and recovers from repetitive motions. At Sam Games, we integrate fitness into every coaching module because an athlete who is physically unprepared is an athlete who gets sidelined.
Our Training Methodology
We utilize a science-backed approach to conditioning that translates directly to your sport:
- Core Stability: Essential for badminton players to maintain balance during smashes and for skaters to control their posture. We use planks, crunches, and stabilization exercises.
- Agility Drills: Ladder drills and shuttle runs are standard. These sharpen your footwork and reaction time, ensuring you get to the shuttlecock or navigate the rink faster.
- Injury Prevention: Our coaches emphasize form over speed. By understanding how to land safely and move correctly on our wooden surfaces, you significantly reduce the risk of common sports injuries like shin splints or ankle sprains.
- Conditioning Integration: We don't believe in 'gym-only' fitness. Your conditioning is specific to your sport. Basketball players focus on vertical jump training, while skaters focus on lower-body endurance.
Facilities Designed for Results
All conditioning work happens at our facilities in Indirapuram and Rajouri Garden. We have designed our spaces to be safe for high-intensity work, utilizing BWF-standard wooden flooring with shock-absorption to protect your knees and joints. If you are serious about your sport, we are serious about getting you physically ready to compete.
