What You Will Learn

We focus on practical techniques you can actually use at a social event. This includes:

• Footwork: Learning to count the beats and move in sync with the music.
• Partnerwork: Mastering the basic turn patterns and the connection between lead and follow.
• Styling: Getting comfortable with your body movement, like the 'Shoulder Catch' variations we often teach in our introductory videos.
