Before the guests arrive or during a quiet break, I take time to capture the two of you. These portraits are about real connection, not just stiff, awkward posing.

A classic, happy portrait where the couple's easy chemistry shines through. My goal is to make you feel comfortable so your natural smiles are what we capture.

An intimate portrait with a soft, romantic feel. I use gentle lighting and close framing to create a sense of closeness and affection in your engagement photos.

That "we're engaged!" feeling. This shot captures the couple's shared excitement as they admire the ring, a perfect candid moment filled with surprise and joy.

A dynamic photo capturing the bride's twirl and the beautiful flow of her gown. I love incorporating movement to add life and energy to your couple portraits.

This wide, cinematic shot taken in a hotel corridor creates a feeling of a private, shared world. It’s a great example of using the location to frame an intimate moment.

A modern and moody couple portrait using a simple background and dramatic shadows. This style is perfect for creating a sophisticated and timeless look.

An artistic composition focusing on the bride's happy expression, with the groom softly in the background. This style of portraiture tells a story by playing with focus and depth.

Using rich, warm lighting to create a dramatic and elegant portrait. The deep red background complements the couple's outfits and adds a touch of glamour to the sangeet photos.

A beautiful pose that showcases the intricate details on the back of the bride's gown while maintaining a romantic connection between the couple.

A close-up, artistic shot focusing on expression and mood. The deep red lighting and intimate framing create a powerful and emotional portrait.

About Couple Portraits: The Story of Us

Getting a portrait right is not about standing still for minutes on end. It is about finding those fleeting moments when the cameras fade into the background. I focus on guiding you into poses that feel like you, whether it is a quiet look across a corridor or a shared laugh, so you get photos that truly reflect your relationship.

Many couples worry that posing will feel awkward, but my approach is to keep things moving. I use these sessions to create space for you to breathe, away from the chaos of the stage. Whether it is a moody, cinematic shot in a hotel corridor or a candid moment on a sofa, I look for the light and the emotion in between the rituals.

I do not believe in endless instructions. I give you just enough direction to ensure you look good, then let you interact naturally. If you are doing a Sangeet, we might play with the deep, warm lighting of the decor to get those rich, dramatic portraits. If it is an engagement ceremony, I look for those tiny, unscripted glances that define your excitement.

What you can expect:

  • Comfortable direction: I will help you with angles, but the expressions and chemistry are entirely yours.
  • Cinematic framing: I use the venue surroundings, like hallways or outdoor lawns, to add depth and context to your portraits.
  • A mix of styles: You will receive a blend of classic portraits and artistic, candid captures that document your connection, not just your outfits.

By the time we are done, you will have a collection of images that tell the real story of you two.
