Dance and Movement Classes for Kids in Banashankari
We make dance about self-expression and fitness, not just steps. Whether it is Bollywood, Hip-Hop, or traditional folk, our sessions in Banashankari help kids build confidence and coordination.

From warm-up exercises to learning full routines, our dance classes are structured yet fun. We create an engaging environment for kids to explore different dance styles.

Dandiya is a key part of our Dussehra camp celebrations. Dressed in traditional attire, the children learn the steps and enjoy the festive dance with dandiya sticks.
About Dance & Movement
Instead of worrying about getting steps perfect, we focus on the energy and joy of moving. In our Monday and Wednesday batches, kids learn to find their rhythm through Bollywood, Hip-Hop, and folk routines, ensuring they get their daily dose of exercise while having fun with peers.
For us, dance is the best way to get kids off their screens and moving their bodies. We do not believe in rigid or competitive environments. Here, the priority is building confidence and physical coordination through a mix of Bollywood, Hip-Hop, and Indian folk styles.
Every session starts with a proper warm-up to prevent injury and ends with routines that get the heart rate up. We record our classes, which helps children see their own progress over time. It is a significant confidence booster to look back at a routine they struggled with a few weeks ago and see how fluid their movements have become.
Our classes are held at our Banashankari studio on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 PM to 6 PM. We keep the batches intimate so each student gets individual attention from the instructors. Whether your child has two left feet or wants to pursue dance seriously, they will find a space here to enjoy the music. We also integrate festive dance preparations, like Dandiya for Dussehra, into our curriculum to keep things culturally connected and relevant to what kids enjoy during holidays.
Sai Home Studio
We are Sai Home Studio, a community space in Banashankari where learning is meant to be full of joy. We are not a typical academy with strict rules, but rather a place where kids can shake a leg, make friends, and just be themselves. Our classes are designed to be a high-energy outlet for creativity, mixing fitness with the fun of Bollywood and folk music.
