What sets my drapes apart is the 'apnapan' (personal warmth) I build into the fit. I don’t just stitch a standard blouse; I spend time discussing necklines and back patterns that actually complement your frame. Whether it’s a modern cut for a pre-draped saree or something traditional, we ensure the fit is so precise you won’t need safety pins to keep it in place all night long. 💃
When you visit my studio in Sector 7, Gurugram, we start with your vision. If you have a screenshot of a celebrity look you loved, bring it. I enjoy recreating those styles but adjusting them to suit your specific body type and comfort level.
For sarees, the blouse is half the look. I focus heavily on the structural elements that make a difference:
- Padding & Lining: Every blouse gets high-quality butter crepe or cotton lining with built-in padding for a smooth, confident finish.
- Custom Necklines: We draw out patterns that flatter your frame. No generic sizing here; everything is cut from scratch.
- Draping Tech: For our modern pre-draped options, we use soft can-can net layering where needed to give the skirt that perfect flare without the hassle of traditional pleating.
Whether you are bringing your own fabric or want me to source the silks and crepes, I handle the execution. We do 1-2 trials for every outfit to ensure you walk out feeling like yourself, not just someone wearing a costume.
