Modern Indo-Western Fusion Sets for Men
Sharp tailoring meets contemporary cuts. I design fusion sets for the man who wants a modern edge without losing the traditional silhouette.

The angrakha style cut of this Indo western jacket is a modern interpretation of a classic silhouette. It is tailored to create a flattering, slim profile while allowing for comfortable movement.

About Modern Indo-Western Fusion
When we start a custom fusion set, we do not just pick a size. We take over twenty body measurements to ensure the asymmetric hem and angled placket sit perfectly against your frame. For these cocktail-ready pieces, I work with high-fall fabrics like Italian suiting or velvet, finishing them with hand-placed embroidery and personalized hardware to give the outfit that precise, sharp V-tapered silhouette you won't find off the rack.
Building a custom fusion ensemble involves a careful balance between structure and drape. At my Malviya Nagar studio, we move away from standard sizing to focus on how the garment behaves in motion. Whether it is an angled button placket or a mandarin collar with chain accents, the goal is a balance of comfort and presence.
The Process
We start with a consultation to select materials—Italian suiting for structure, velvet for a rich texture, or heavy crepe for a modern drape. Each jacket is built with light shoulder padding to define the V-tapered silhouette, and the trousers are tailored to complement the specific length of the jacket.
Custom Details
It is the small things that define the look. I focus on placement embroidery using Resham thread and self-colored beads, ensuring the design feels like a natural part of the fabric. Metal brooch chains are standard, added to create a clean, metallic accent that catches the light.
The Fit
Since these are custom-made, we include up to two trials. This lets us verify how the asymmetric hem falls and how the buttons pull, adjusting everything until it feels like it was made exactly for your movement. If you are looking for wedding reception attire or a sharp cocktail look in New Delhi, I am here to help you get the proportions right.
