Duration Bands

• 1 to 2 hours: ₹5,000 to ₹6,000

Hosting & Games

• Active hosting and floor presence for the full booked duration.
• Interactive games chosen for your crowd, kids and adults both, not a fixed list.
• Hosting in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil, mixed as the crowd needs.
• I write the script. You share the event flow.
• I reach the venue early for my own vibe check before guests arrive.

I Bring

• My own props for all games and activities.

You Or The Venue Provide

• Microphone, speakers and sound system. This is compulsory, I do not carry audio gear.
• Prizes or hampers for the game winners, if you want to hand any out. I bring the games, you bring the goodies.
• Travel charged at actuals on top of the fee.
• A changing room only if it is a full day event.

• Hosting in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil, switching by who walks in.
• Smart casual, western or your brand provided apparel.

You Provide

On The Mic

• Flag off, announcements, crowd warm up and prize distribution.
• Holding energy across a large open crowd for long stretches.
• Early morning start times are fine, I reach before the crowd does.
• Outdoor conditions including rain are not a problem, the show goes on.

Language & Practical Notes

• Hosting in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil.
• Microphones, PA system and stage provided by the organiser.
• Medals, trophies and prizes for the winners come from the organiser.
• Travel charged at actuals on top of the fee.

• End to end hosting of the function, starters to ring exchange to open dance floor.

• Coordination on the ground with whichever DJ, choreographer and planner you already have, for cues and entries.

• Couple and adult games like colour hunt and shoe trivia.
• Hosting in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil.
• Ethnic or Indo western attire to match the function.

• Built for resort and outskirts offsite formats, indoor or outdoor.
• I keep the whole group involved, not just the extroverts.

On Stage

• Anchoring the full agenda, awards announcements, citations and name reads, keeping a formal register.
• Running order held to time, with leadership speeches and segment handovers managed.
• Script from my side. You share the agenda, the names and the citations.
• If your team prefers its own script, I will work with that instead.

Language & Presentation

• Hosting in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil.
• Formal or smart casual attire, or your brand apparel if you provide it.

Practical Notes

• Invoice sent over email or WhatsApp on request. Please note this is a regular invoice, not a GST invoice.

• One consistent host who knows the family, the running order and the in jokes by the second function.
