Basic Balloon & Petal Decor

Balloon Arrangement

Ceiling Decor: 30-40 air-filled latex balloons attached to the ceiling with removable glue dots/tape. Includes hanging ribbons.
Floor Decor: 20-30 loose air-filled balloons scattered to fill space.
Foil Accents: 1 Script Foil Balloon (Love/HBD) or 2 Heart-shaped balloons.
Note: No helium is used in this tier.

Floral & Lighting

Petal Art: 500g fresh rose petals arranged in a heart shape or short text on the bed/floor.
Candles: 15-20 tea-light candles placed safely on the floor.

Execution

Time: 45-60 minutes setup.
Manpower: 1 Decorator.
Cleanup: Not included (materials are disposable).

Cabana Canopy & Fairy Lights

Cabana Setup

Structure: White sheer net fabric draped in a tent style over the bed (suspended from fan/wall hook).
Lighting: 4-6 strands of warm white LED fairy lights intertwined with the fabric.

Advanced Balloons

Volume: 100-120 metallic/pastel balloons total.
Pillars: 2 balloon pillars (3ft height) topped with foil hearts.
Wall Decor: Foil letter balloon banner (Happy Birthday/Anniversary) on the headboard wall.

Floral Details

Walkway: Rose petals arranged as a path from the door to the bed.
Bed Decor: Dense petal heart shape on the mattress.

Execution

Time: 90 minutes setup.
Manpower: 1-2 Decorators.
Note: Net fabric and lights are rental items collected the next day.

Premium Marquee & Neon Setup

Premium Rentals

Marquee Numbers: 2 Large LED-lit numbers (3-4 feet tall) for age or anniversary years.
Neon Sign: High-quality neon signage (Better Together/HBD) on a stand or wall.

Luxury Decor

Hanging Florals: 12-15 real roses with stems suspended from ceiling balloons using ribbons.
Balloon Density: 200+ Premium Chrome (high gloss) balloons covering ceiling and floor.
Lighting: 25-40 LED flameless or wax candles placed around the room.

Execution

Time: 2 to 2.5 hours setup.
Logistics: Includes transport for heavy props.
Note: Marquee numbers and Neon signs are strict rentals picked up the following day.

Namaste, Anil bhaiya here. You’ll spot me in the photos, usually busy blowing balloons or tying ribbons. I don’t talk much, but I do listen – to what you want, to what makes your day special. Once, a client told me, ‘Anil bhaiya, aapne char chand laga diye!’ (You made it truly shine!) That’s what I chase. I show up on time, keep it simple, and let my decoration do the talking. That’s me.
