When you book a canopy setup, please remember that the net fabric and fairy lights are rental items that I collect the next day. I typically need about 90 minutes to get the entire arrangement ready at your location, so you can plan your surprise reveal with ease.
My canopy setups are designed to transform a standard bedroom or living room into a private, romantic zone.
The Setup Process
Each canopy starts with a sheer white net fabric, which I drape over your bed or a specific corner of the room. I intertwine warm-white LED fairy lights through the fabric to create a soft, inviting glow. To complete the look, I add clusters of metallic or pastel balloons around the base and on the ceiling, along with a rose petal walkway leading to the center of the space.
Practical Details
- Rental Items: The net fabric, fairy light strands, and any marquee numbers or neon signs are rentals. I will schedule a time with you to pick these up the following day.
- Space Requirements: These setups work best in rooms with enough ceiling height to allow for the drape. If you are unsure, let me know, and I can suggest a layout that fits your specific space.
- Setup Time: I generally arrive 90 minutes before your planned surprise time to ensure everything is perfect.
