Agnikarma for Scar-Free Mole and Skin Tag Removal
I perform Agnikarma, an ancient Ayurvedic procedure to remove unwanted moles and skin tags safely without surgery, laser, or anesthesia.
This "before" image shows a client with multiple moles on his face and behind his ears prior to starting Agnikarma therapy.
This photo was taken one week after the client's first Agnikarma session. You can see the moles are already healing and diminishing.
This image displays the Agnikarma tool alongside the moles that were safely and effectively removed during the procedure.
A "before" photo of another client who had a stubborn, hard white mole on her nose that even laser treatment couldn't permanently remove.
Just one week after a single session of Agnikarma, the mole has disappeared completely, leaving behind smooth, healing skin.
This final "after" shot shows the result of the Agnikarma procedure. There is no scar, no hyperpigmentation, and no wound, just clear skin.
About Agnikarma: Scar-Free Mole & Skin Tag Removal
I perform Agnikarma using a sterilized, specialized instrument to gently cauterize the tissue, meaning there are no blades, no stitches, and no anesthesia involved. It is a precise, controlled procedure that targets the skin tag or mole at the root to prevent it from growing back. You will walk out of my clinic with a clean dressing, and the area typically heals into a natural, scar-free finish within just a few days.
What is Agnikarma?
Agnikarma is a traditional Ayurvedic parasurgical therapy that uses heat to treat stubborn skin issues. Think of it as a sophisticated form of thermal cautery. I specifically use this for moles, warts, and skin tags that people often find bothersome but don't want to fix with invasive surgery or laser treatments which can sometimes cause hyperpigmentation.
The Procedure
When you come to my clinic in Panvel for Agnikarma, here is what you can expect:
- Precision: I use a standardized metal instrument, heated to a specific temperature, to touch the affected area.
- No Anesthesia: Because the procedure is quick and targets only the superficial layer of skin, most patients do not require any local anesthesia.
- Safe Healing: Once the mole or tag is removed, the skin heals naturally. My patients often find that the result is significantly cleaner than laser treatments, which can sometimes leave permanent marks or allow the mole to regrow.
How Many Sessions?
The number of sessions depends entirely on the size and depth of the mole or skin tag. For small tags, a single sitting is often enough. For more stubborn or larger moles, we might require 2-3 sessions. During our initial consultation, I will examine the spot to give you a clear, honest timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
I am an MD in Ayurveda, and I take every safety precaution. My clinic is fully equipped for these clinical procedures, and I oversee the entire process myself, ensuring you get the care you need without any of the 'quick-fix' risks.
