Namaskar! I’m Dr. Sayali Vaidya Thakare. Ayurveda isn’t just my job, it’s my daily life. ROOTS is my dream, where I mix old-school Ayurvedic healing with today’s needs. I do everything myself - making, packing, even the photos. My family chips in, especially baba and sasu maa, packing boxes with me.
