Complete Balcony Softscaping Setup
Plants & Planters
Includes 12 to 15 healthy indoor or semi shade plants (Aglaonema, Rubber Plants, Italian Basil, Crotons). Paired with durable weather resistant FRC pots or ceramic options (Kulhad, Cylinder, or White Glass designs).
Soil & Nutrition
Complete potting with lightweight mix ideal for balconies to reduce structural weight. Includes leaf mould and Greenosil soil conditioner granules for strong root development.
Labor & Execution
On site manual labor covers potting, spatial arrangement based on sunlight and wind tolerances, and post installation cleanup. Transport of materials is fully covered.
Maintenance Guidance
Staff provides a clear, practical walkthrough on watering frequencies and basic upkeep for the specific plants provided.

Core Softscaping
Supply and planting of sun tolerant outdoor varieties like Zamia Palms, Poinsettias, Croton Petra, Bougainvillea, and seasonal shrubs.
Heavy Duty Planters
Uses large, weather beaten FRC pots (8 inches and above) and large poly bags designed for deeper root systems in harsh outdoor sunlight.
Soil Preparation
Creation of rich soil beds and planter filling using a mix of Neem Kernel Cake for pest resistance, Vermicompost, and Peat Moss.
Logistics & Setup
Includes heavy lifting and hauling of bulk soil, large plants, and metal drums across the terrace or lawn area.
Thematic Arrangement
Practical, ground level layout marking and thematic plant clustering. Note: This focuses entirely on horticultural softscaping and does not include civil work, masonry, or outdoor furniture.
Deep Garden Maintenance & Nutrition Visit
Labor & Tools
Deployment of 1 to 2 experienced nursery staff (malis) equipped with traditional gardening tools for up to 3 hours.
Pruning & Aeration
Trimming of overgrown plants, removal of dead foliage, bush shaping, and structural pruning. Includes tilling and loosening topsoil in pots and beds to improve oxygen flow, along with complete weeding.
Organic Nutrition & Pest Control
Application of up to 2kg of Vermicompost and 1kg of Neem Kernel Cake to replenish soil and provide natural pest resistance. Includes inspection for common pests (mealybugs, aphids) and basic organic remedies if needed.
Cleanup & Watering
Deep watering using standard hose or sprinkler equipment to settle aerated soil. Complete sweeping and bagging of all trimmed branches, leaves, and weeds.
Curated Tabletop & Indoor Arrangements
Specialty Crafting
Choice between Kokedamas (plants bound in spherical moss and twine) or dense Succulent Bowls featuring 5 to 6 distinct succulent varieties arranged by color and texture.
Premium Materials
Utilizes specialized, well draining succulent potting mix and high grade Pindstrup Peat Moss to ensure plant longevity in indoor air conditioned environments.
Aesthetic Planters
Arrangements are housed in medium quality premium ceramic dishes, such as Four Square or White Short and Long Glass pots.
Delivery & Care Guidance
Includes safe transport, ready to display placement on desks or shelves, and specific instructions on minimal watering requirements and soaking techniques.

How We Work
You’ll find me on-site, not in some office. I’m the one loading up the car, carrying the plants, and making sure your space turns out right. Gadi-vadi sab baad mein, kaam pe dhyaan hai (Cars and all that come later, work comes first). For me, it’s about building something real, not just looking busy.
