It’s one thing to hear me say music is for everyone, it’s another to hear it from my students. Whether you are 3 years old or an adult returning to a long-lost hobby, these stories show that progress happens when you stop worrying about perfection and start focusing on the riyaaz.
At Riyaaz with Nishaa, we believe that every student has a unique sound waiting to be discovered. Our studio in Ghatkopar is built on the philosophy that you do not need to be a 'born singer' to start.
We love sharing the journeys of our students, like Komal Doshi, who came to us after years of trying to self-teach through online videos. She felt she had hit a wall, and her experience shows that having a mentor who tailors lessons to your individual needs can change everything. Today, she feels comfortable backing herself up on the guitar and singing with others, transforming her entire relationship with music.

I'm Nishaa, and I built this school because I wanted a space where 'riyaaz' wasn't just practice, but a way to live. Here in Ghatkopar, we’re more than a school; we’re a tribe that celebrates every small win—whether it’s a toddler hitting their first note or an adult finally backing themselves on the guitar.
