Mehendi is not just a profession, it is bhakti. Here is a look at my sketching process, student demos, and the dedication behind every design.

A video showing how I practice and create new designs on paper. This is where I sketch out ideas, like this swan and floral pattern, before applying them for my clients or teaching them in my classes.

Another demo video from one of my henna classes. Here, I am demonstrating how to draw an intricate floral and peacock design on a hand template, breaking it down step by step for my students.

I was so honored to be invited as a judge for the mehendi competition at Mithibai College's cultural festival. It is wonderful to see so much young talent and passion for this art form.

A video from my stall at the KDO Kalakumbh exhibition in Mulund. It was a memorable day meeting so many henna lovers and showcasing my work and my team's talent.

A full view of a beautiful and intricate back-hand design. This shows the level of detail and symmetry I strive for in all my work.

A close-up of a geometric and floral pattern on the hand, showing the clean lines and detailed fill work.

A single arm view, highlighting the different bands of patterns, from floral motifs to checkered designs.

Another angle of the completed hands, showing how the patterns connect when the hands are brought together.

The full arm and hand design, showcasing a beautiful blend of traditional and geometric styles.

A simple and elegant feet design featuring a lotus motif. This is a beautiful option for someone who wants a minimal yet traditional look.

About My Art & Process

Mehendi is a conversation between the artist and the canvas. Before a single cone touches the skin, I spend hours sketching on paper, refining patterns, and perfecting the flow. Whether I am demoing a new floral motif in my classes or prepping for a bridal order, this constant practice is what keeps my henna fresh and my hand steady.
