My Approach to Ethnic Styling
I treat every outfit as a story. When you come to me for styling, we don’t just look at what's trending. We look at what fits your body, your event, and your comfort level.
What the process looks like:
- Conceptualization: We start by defining the vibe. Are we going for a regal, traditional aesthetic with temple jewelry and silks, or something modern and breezy with hand-painted organza? I help you narrow down the direction.
- Sourcing & Logistics: I handle the back-end, including sourcing from specific designers, managing fittings, and coordinating alterations. You do not have to worry about finding the right pieces or coordinating with vendors.
- The Final Polish: On the day of your event or shoot, I provide professional draping services. A saree can look completely different based on how it is pleated and pinned; getting this right is the difference between an outfit that feels like a costume and one that feels like a second skin.
