About My Professional Journey
This isn't just about winning cases; it's about being present where it matters. Whether you are dealing with a complex cybercrime issue in a different state or need representation at a High Court, I do not just work from an office in Delhi. I travel to where the proceedings are, ensuring your case gets the attention it needs in the specific jurisdiction where it is being heard.
As a first-generation advocate, my practice is built on the belief that justice should not be limited by geography. When you are stuck in a legal battle, you need someone who understands the local court procedures and is willing to show up. From the Supreme Court of India in Delhi to district courts in Shimla or Vizag, my goal is to provide consistent, reliable representation.
Why a Pan-India Approach Matters
Legal procedures, especially in cyber law, vary significantly between states. The way an FIR is registered in Gujarat or how a Cyber Cell operates in Hyderabad is not identical to the process in Delhi. My experience navigating these diverse legal landscapes helps me get results, whether I am securing an NOC for a frozen bank account or handling urgent bail matters.
How I Work
My new office in Jangpura, New Delhi, serves as the command center for this network. It is where I analyze case files, draft legal notices, and prepare arguments. However, I believe in being on the ground when the situation demands it. Being a lawyer is a demanding profession, but I have found that putting in the hours—and the travel—is the only way to genuinely protect a client's interests. I do not shy away from the hard work required to secure justice, and my practice is designed to be as accessible as possible, regardless of your physical location.
