A Glimpse Into My Legal Practice
Litigation is rarely a 9-to-5 desk job. It is a life of constant travel, quick decisions, and balancing the grind with real-world complexities. Here is what my world actually looks like.
After handling five matters in two different courts and over fifty calls, I still have the energy to keep going. This is the reality of a litigator's life.
Even on a workation, client communication never stops. Promptly responding to messages from a scenic location is the essence of modern advocacy.
Taking a moment to think and reflect while on a work trip. The quiet moments are often when the best legal strategies are formed.
An advocate is always learning. Here I am, reading and preparing even while on a workation, because knowledge is the most powerful tool in the pursuit of justice.
A moment of quiet reflection with a view of the sea in Visakhapatnam. Finding a balance between work, leisure, and advocacy is key to a fulfilling life.
Enjoying a cup of tea while working outdoors. I believe in finding harmony between my professional duties and personal well-being.
At the airport, ready for the next destination. An advocate's time is valuable, and I dedicate it to clients who need my expertise, wherever they may be.
At the airport again, en route to Visakhapatnam. The law is a demanding mistress, requiring unwavering dedication and nearly all of your time.
Traveling for a case. Practicing law is a tough journey, but you have to be tougher to succeed and deliver for your clients.
A quick glimpse of my trip to Pondicherry, a place I was glad to check off my bucket list while also successfully handling a client's case.
About Behind the Scenes
Litigation is rarely a 9-to-5 desk job. Most days, I am balancing urgent client messages from a flight, preparing legal arguments in a hotel room in Visakhapatnam, or coordinating with Cyber Cells in Bengaluru. If you see me traveling, know that I am likely handling an urgent bank account unfreeze or a high-stakes matter that could not wait for a Monday morning.
The life of a litigator isn't just about standing in a courtroom. It is a constant cycle of preparation, coordination, and travel. When you see me at an airport or working from a cafe, I am usually managing a multi-state operation. Whether it is filing a Superdari application in a Karnataka court or getting an NOC from a Cyber Cell in Hyderabad, the work demands physical presence and constant connectivity.
The Reality of Modern Advocacy
Clients often ask how I manage cases from Delhi to Mumbai to Vizag. The answer is simple: I treat your problem as my priority. If that means replying to urgent queries while on a workation or handling a last-minute filing before the registry closes, that is part of the job. I don't believe in waiting for 'business hours' when your bank account is frozen or you are facing a legal notice.
Why My Approach is Different
I have moved away from the traditional, slow-moving legal setup. I use technology to streamline communication and prioritize clear, actionable advice. I don't use complex legal jargon to confuse you. If a settlement makes more sense than a long-drawn court battle, I will tell you. If fighting it out is the only way, I will prepare you for the court proceedings.
My practice is built on:
- Transparency: You will know exactly what stage your case is at.
- Accessibility: I am available for calls, even when I am traveling for other hearings.
- Practicality: I focus on results, whether that means unfreezing your assets or securing bail.
This is not just about law; it is about helping you navigate the system, even when the system seems designed to hold you back.
