Behind the Scenes of My Legal Practice in Delhi
Law is not just a degree, it is a way of life. Here is the discipline and the grind that happens before I step into the courtroom.
Work doesn't always happen in an office. Here I am reviewing case documents on the go, showcasing my readiness to work wherever necessary to prepare for a case.
With a respected Judge Sahab. Maintaining cordial relationships with members of the judiciary, while always upholding professional boundaries, is part of being a member of the legal community.
A moment of quiet reflection. The legal profession is demanding, and taking time to clear my head ensures I am always sharp and focused for my clients.
This video reflects my belief that no person or situation can intimidate me. This fearlessness is what I bring to the courtroom when I fight for you.
As a first-generation lawyer from a middle-class background, every step of this journey, like this walk through Connaught Place, is a reminder of the struggle and the progress made.
This video shows me with my team and security. Ensuring a secure and professional environment is part of how I operate, allowing me to focus completely on the client's needs.
A candid moment of thought next to my firm's nameplate. Every case requires deep thought and strategic planning before any action is taken.
About Behind the Scenes
I do not walk into court unprepared. That laptop and those files you see me with? That is where the strategy happens. Before I argue, I tear apart the FIR, cross-reference the charge sheet against Supreme Court judgments, and prep for the witness cross-examination. It is not about luck; it is about knowing the file better than anyone else in the room.
Being a first-generation lawyer from a middle-class background means I do not take anything for granted. Every case I accept, whether it is a bail application at Karkardooma or a complex civil litigation matter, requires the same intensity I bring to my gym training. The courtroom is where the final battle happens, but the victory is won in the hours spent analyzing documents and preparing the defense.
My practice across the Delhi District Courts and the High Court is built on staying ahead of the police and agencies. When I am reviewing case documents on the move or meeting with my team, I am mapping out the defense strategy. I believe in active representation—not just showing up, but showing up with a plan to dismantle the prosecution's case or secure the civil relief my client deserves.
You will often see me with security or in candid moments of reflection because the life of a criminal defense lawyer in Delhi is high-pressure. You have to be tough. You have to be ready to stand your ground against tough circumstances. If you are looking for an advocate who treats your case with the same seriousness as his own reputation, you are in the right place.
