My Approach
I'm Rashmi, and for me, makeup is about feeling confident, not just looking sundar (beautiful). After 10 years in this line, I know how much a good look can change your mood. I keep things aasan (simple) and share my tricks whether you're sitting in my makeup chair or learning from me.
How I Work
- My base game is strong - I pay special attention to skin correction, so pigmentation or acne isn’t a stress.
- For mature skin, I’ve got some jugaad (smart hacks) - like stretching the skin so foundation doesn’t get stuck in lines.
- I spray fixer before blending foundation for that healthy, long-lasting glow. It helps make everything transfer-proof.
- Eyes get special love, from classic smokey eye makeup tutorial style to colorful Mehandi/Sangeet looks. No more glitter fallout or messy kajal - I use tricks like glitter glue and setting with shadow.
- Contour is about gentle lift, not harsh lines. I always blend upwards.
- Setting mist at the end keeps things fresh, never powdery.

My Story
Namaste, main Rashmi. Noida mein apna salon aur academy chalati hoon - Rashmi Beauty Care & Academy. Makeup artist bhi hoon, educator bhi. Dus saal se zyada ho gaye, par har din naya lagta hai. Yahan sirf makeup nahi, ladkiyon ko apne pairon par khada hona sikhate hain. Academy mere liye umeed hai, jahan students khud pe bharosa karna seekhte hain. Bride ko ready karna ho ya student ko stage pe confident dekhna, dono ka maza alag hi hai. Family, festivals, Banaras ke ghaat - sab kuch hai meri duniya mein.
